About à la carte Restaurant Moarhofstüberl
The hotel on the northern edge of Lienz is aimed at athletes and spa lovers. Culinary you do not want to be offside and offers in a quite bourgeois ambience a wide range from carpaccio to tomahawk steak. We especially liked: "Chanterelles à la crème with bread dumplings", "Glazed Barbarie duck breast with honey-mustard sauce and plums" and the crème brûlée. The selection of wines does not seem very differentiated, but is well worth a look.
