  • When can I check in?
    Check-in is possible after 2 pm (If you expect to arrive after 10 pm, please notify us in advance)
  • What is check-out time?
    Please check out by 10 am
  • What are the meal times?
    Breakfast is available from 6.30 - 10 am. Dinner (half-board) is served from 6 - 8 pm 
  • Is there also a restaurant?
    Our à la Carte Restaurant is open daily from 6 - 8.30 pm (last order) - Table reservation necessary!
  • Is there a sauna?
    Our Alpinarium (Finnish Sauna, steam bath, swiss pine sauna, herbal sauna, infrared cabin) is open daily from 3.00 - 8.30 pm 
  • Is there a swimming pool?
    Our swimming pool is open from around mid-May until the end of September (depending on weather - roofed outdoor pool).
  • How long does it take to reach the town center?
    The town center of Lienz is just a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
  • How much is the tourism/spa tax?
    Local tourism taxes are € 2 per person and day (not included in the room price)
  • Is there hotel parking?
    Please make reservations for covered parking spaces (€ 5 per day); other parking spaces are available free of charge next to the hotel.
  • Is there WiFi?
    WiFi is available free of charge throughout the hotel 
  • Is there a ski room?
    Our ski room is available to you free of charge (with space for skis, boots and poles)
  • Is there a bike room?
    In summer, you can store away your bikes in our ski room.
  • Is it possible to borrow bikes?
    Our city bikes and e-bikes are available to borrow for a fee.
  • Can I book massages?
    You are welcome to reserve massages at the reception.
  • Is there a ski bus?
    Our hotel's own ski bus runs between 8.45 and 10.45 am to the 2 ski areas in Lienz (Zettersfeld and Hochstein) and will pick you up there again in the afternoon between 3 and 5 pm.
  • Are dogs allowed?
    Dogs are welcome. We charge € 15 per day (food not included)
  • Where is the golf course?
    The Dolomitengolf Lavant course is only a 15-minute drive from Lienz. Awaiting you there is a beautiful 27-hole course. All of the Winkler family are avid golfers and will be glad to help you set up tee times etc.!
